Wallens Hill Properties, LLC is owned and operated by Mr. Kevin Boucher. Mr. Boucher is a life long resident of Connecticut and brings to this project over twenty five years of experience in the construction industry. Other projects in which his company has been involved in are: The Shoppes at Farmington Valley in Canton, Torrington Schools system- middle and high school, Clinton Crossing, Home Depot in New Hartford, CVS in Avon, Wal-mart in Bristol as well as many other state wide projects.

About The Builder ~ Peter Kores

Peter Kores is the builder of Clockmaker's Hill. He brings to this project over thirty years of building experience. Mr. Kores has lived in the area most of his life. Mr Kores is also skilled in masonry and the building of highways and bridges. Mr. Kores has developed condominiums in Plainville, as well as single family homes in the following areas: Barkhamsted, Wilson Pond road in Harwinton,, Alice Lane, Hunter's Crossing, Withe's Pass and Charolais Way in Burlington as well as other homes in surrounding towns. Mr. Kores has the perfect skill set for this particular project and it's structural design.
